Payment of hearing fee
You must pay the hearing fee when filing written submissions. In the case of a hearing by appearance, you must pay the hearing fee no less than 10 working days before the hearing date.
The Hearings Office will raise a ‘task’ for the parties to pay their hearing fee through the Office’s case management facility.
