Abstract drawings now available for National Phase Entry applications

IPONZ has now resolved a previous issue relating to abstract drawings for National Phase Entry applications.

Abstract drawings from the WIPO PATENTSCOPE system will now be downloaded with National Phase Entry applications.

IPONZ will also download abstract drawings from WIPO PATENTSCOPE for any applications missing abstract drawings filed between November 2017 and April 2018. This operation is expected to take place on or before Monday, 9 April 2018.
