The Trans-Tasman IP Attorneys Board will have a vacant position from late June 2018 for a New Zealand representative of the patent attorney profession. The Board administers the regulatory and disciplinary regime for patent attorneys in Australia and New Zealand, and trade marks attorneys in Australia.
The New Zealand government is currently seeking a New Zealand resident with substantial experience, knowledge and standing in the patent attorney practise to serve on the Board.
