Review of New Zealand’s ASEAN FTA

Consultation on ASEAN Australia New Zealand Free Trade Agreement.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT) is reviewing how the ASEAN Australia New Zealand Free Trade Agreement has benefited New Zealand businesses since its entry into force in 2010, and what can be done to maximise these benefits.

Public submissions are being invited on the review, particularly from New Zealand businesses who are conducting business with or in South East Asian countries. This consultation period will be open until Friday, 02 December 2016.
