Updates to release of information held by IPONZ

We have recently updated the details on our website that pertain to requests for information from IPONZ.

The Release of Information page of the IPONZ website now contains the following updates:

  • An advisory that some information may already be available via our website and IP registers.
  • Links to updated fact sheets. These fact sheets relate to information we are able to release under specific areas of legislation.
  • Clarified guidelines on how you can request information from us under the Official Information Act 1982, and how we will respond to your request.
