IPONZ is pleased to announce IP Disputes & ADR: Expert perspectives, and insights from the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center, a webinar organised by the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand Inc and the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center.

This webinar aims to promote an understanding of WIPO Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) options for resolving intellectual property (IP) and technology disputes, specifically within the Australian and New Zealand IP ecosystems. In addition to familiarising attendees with international arbitration and arbitration procedures, this webinar also intends to highlight the benefits of ADR options for resolving IP and technology disputes.

This Zoom webinar will be held on Thursday, 27 March 2025, from 7:00 to 8:00pm NZT.
